Researching CDF and there are no recent threads on wireless issues. I have a Sprint-coverage hotspot for internet and Verizon cell phone. The Sprint hotspot vacillates between 3G and 4G constantly...late in the afternoons there is no 4G available. Assume that's because everyone is getting off work and making tons of calls. Other times the 4G is a little better, but still goes back and forth with 3G. I am very surprised that the 4G coverage is so unreliable in this area.

Question: Does anyone have a recommendation on consistently good wireless coverage and providers in this area...25th and Monaco neighborhood in Denver? Anyone have experience using an antenna or a booster to bring in better reception?

Sprint is awful, just terrible service... T-Mobile has excellent service in that area and in metro Denver but none outside of major metro areas. Verizon and AT&T are consistently strong but expensive.

FYI voice calls and Data are on different technologies and frequencies, so more likely than not it is people using DATA not phone calls that are hurting your service. All of that stuff is multiplexed along Sprint's very limited towers that sometimes cannot handle the load. Try T-Mobile for house 4G LTE. It is very very good in that area and much cheaper than the other two.
