I'm looking to move to Denver this spring (mid 40's professional getting divorced). I want to live downtown close to the baseball stadium, restaurants, and nightlife. I've searched the apartment guides and believe Premeir Lofts is my first choice.

Anybody have any positive or negative reviews? Additionally, I'm looking for an average utility rate (all expenses) because they don't include it in the rent!

I know everybody is busy and I appreciate any feedback.

I'm not familiar with Premier Lofts, but if you have a specific unit number in mind, you can call Xcel Energy and ask about the average monthly bill for that unit for the past 12 months. Obviously they aren't going to give much information, but they should give you the average for that unit. (or at least they did when I rented an apartment at a different complex about 5 years ago)

Have a friend who used to live there. Noisy neighborhood especially during the baseball season.

Hey did you ever move into premier lofts?

I would love to know how much your utilities are since I am considering moving in!

Thanks!
