I am brining two college students that are just turning 21 for a quick visit. What hotel should I use that would be fun for them? Where do they younger kids go? Is there a nice hotel near nightlife?

Thanks

Nightlife in LoDo is a lot of fun. The Westin is in a prime location, but really any hotel in the downtown area will be close enough to the fun.

For a unique experience, try The Crawford Hotel in Union Station. Union Station itself is a popular party location and is located right in the heart of LoDo.

Thank you so much. We are coming from Indiana University for a short trip. I think I'm gonna turn them loose. (just a little)

Two good friends of mine graduated from IU last year. They're loving it here, as I'm sure your children will. Denver is a very young town, with the college-age and young professional people often hanging out in the LoDo area.

And by the way, you're a GREAT parent.

I'll alert the public defenders office.

Is the LoDo area downtown?

Yes, LoDo = Lower Downtown. It's a crazy fest of 21-25 year olds on Fridays and Saturdays. Basically from about 15th st up to 20th and from Wynkoop all the way to Larimer.

They would love that! The only reason they aren't coming alone is because they are broke!

Crawford Hotel is a great suggestion.

If you are not planning to leave downtown during your stay, take an Ãœber car from the airport. Don't rent a car. Unfortunately the train from the airport won't be up and running for a few more months.

The Crawford has a free car service within a 2 mile radius if you don't feel like walking somewhere. You can use Ãœber if going further. It will be much cheaper than renting a car and then paying to park it.

When are you coming? The reason I ask is if you are going to be here when the Rockies play then LoDo will be even crazier and more fun.
