Hello folks,

Me and my partner are moving to Denver, CO from San Antonio, TX. I will be working with Charter Communications (Greenwood Village) and she will be at Buckley AFB (Aurora).

My question is this:

1. Would you guys have suggestions for apartments that would be in between Greenwood Village and Aurora?

2. What is traffic like? She would be traveling to work early am around 6/630 am, so traffic going to Buckley (Aurora) might not be as much an issue as much as traveling to Charter Communications (around 8/830).

We both prefer newer apartments with greenery around. Any ideas?

Thank you,
Ravi

Draw a line between the 2 work locations. Distance between them is about 11 miles.
Use Padmapper.com and its filters to find a place near the line.

The market is very tight with extremely low vacancy rates.
Rental prices are rising monthly.

When you find a place, ask us what we think.

Thank you Dave Barnes. What do you mean by IT?

I am sorry I forgot to include that.

Ideally, 1000$ for 1B/1B but can go up as high as 1600$ for 2Bed/1+Bath. I don't even know if that's plausible!
