We are considering a new home purchase in Anthem in Broomfield. We are relocating to the area from NV and have an 11 and 13 year old. The area has a lot of activities and amenities (yes I know about the HOA), but it seems like a lot is focused at younger kids. Are there many activities for the preteen and teen years? Part of the attraction is that all the activities may give our kids an avenue to meet and make new friends in the neighborhood. Also what are the middle and high schools like? I have read the reviews on great schools but would appreciate any feedback on what the schools are really like vs just test scores.

Thanks

Sorry for the lack of responses on here, but I don't think the Anthems has enough of a population base and duration for there to be too many people who can answer on this front.
