So the bf and I are moving in May and he has probably 200+ DVD's that I'd like to get rid of. Normally in the past I sold on Ebay but that's time consuming. Is there a place I can go to with them and see if they will buy them?? I'm here in Lakewood. TIA

Craigslist would be my goto. Advertise the whole set for some price and say you will only sell the complete set. Some collector will buy it. Alternatively, try nextdoor.com and advertise there

I thought about CL as well but I didn't want to deal with someone not taking all of them or picking and choosing. Never heard of nextdoor.com so I'll have to check that out. I thought I saw a DVD/CD place in the shopping center as Applejacks but not sure if they buy DVDs. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Seems like going craigslist would get you a better price than going through a place that will resell them. Just state on the CL ad that it is all or nothing. No picking and choosing.

The store Himain is thinking I believe would be Angelo's Cd's And More. For a long long time that business was a moneymaker in the Budget Tapes and records chain way back when. When the franchise started splintering and eventually folding in the 90's Angelo's bought the store. The store is indeed near Applejack's --3350 Youngfield, phone number 232-4477. Angelo's has a few other stores in the metro area.

It's been several years since I've been in that store but on occasion I would sell extra cd's I have as I live on the Western slope PLUS Applejack Liquor is on my list of places to shop as prices there are always cheaper than the ones in my area-always.

If you wanted to sell it to them all in one shot I'm sure they would oblige. But if most of these are sealed I'd be inclined to take in a dozen cd's and actually see what they are paying good money for and what they are overstocked on.

I have DVD's not CD's. So maybe this isn't the right place to try

Angelo's buys and sells DVDs, blue rays, CDs, LPs, and games at 4 locations.
