Hi,

I just wanted to bump this thread to the top. We are searching for a company to move us from TN to the Denver area and I was hoping someone has had a recent experience/recommendation.

Thanks!

LOL, I was the OP last year and when I saw this thread, I wondered....

We actually went with Graebel because they had offices and warehouses on both ends of our move (Denver to Houston) and their Denver office was in Aurora, not far from where we lived. Also got a quote from Johnson Moving and Storage (who is a United Van Lines affiliate, iirc). Both of those estimates were similar to each other. Graebel did a fine job, and I think Johnson would have been fine as well.

Keep in mind when you ask for companies and people just say "Allied", "United" etc, that those are merely the Van lines, those are not companies per se. It's like a franchise. Graebel and Johnson are actual companies (in the case of Graebel, I believe, they are their own Van line).

We just moved to DEN from Houston. Our household goods were shipped at the end of March via Ward North American. It was a great experience and the team leader/driver Anthony Johnson was a pleasure to deal with.
