Does anyone have any suggestions for a studio or efficiency that is month to month or short term (3-4 mo)? Hopefully, something around $700 with utilities included give or take? It can be small, just a safe and clean place to stay. Not looking to share either. TIA

Some people have success putting a "housing wanted" ad on craigslist; to be successful at that you need to state why you're a good risk to the owner.

Unfortunately, the way the rents have gone up you are going to have to up your budget if you want to live close to the city like Capital Hill or Platte Parke ...one of my friends that was looking for a place found a shared duplex for close to 900 dollars so I am assuming the studios should cost just as much if not more.
You should find something in that price range in the suburbs like Lakewood or Aurora, but they are kind of in rough areas.
