As the title says, I am looking into moving to denver. I am wondering what the best places would be to live if I work at the airport? Any info would help. Thanks.

On the cheaper end. The job is about 33k before taxes. I read some posts from about 5-6 years ago saying there wasn't much to offer close to the airport. If true, I was wondering if any of that has changed? Also, I'm reading that rent prices in Denver continue to quickly rise.

ya thinking the same. What type of job were you thinking about at dia? I heard airport service jobs do well bc of the constant stream of ppl. Didn't know if you knew anything about that. I will say I just talked to a realtor today and prices jump 10% per yr , so every month it only get worse. Multiple offers are also jacking current listing prices 10% more than asking, help!

I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment or small house for rent. I suppose like anyone, I'm looking for something on the cheaper end while still living in a (hopefully) safe area.

Need to know what "cheaper end" means. Give us a number and we can tell you if it's realistic.

The OP probably has no clue.

I'd say he can afford 700/month.
