Moving to Denver is on a distinguished road
Question Another Moving To Denver Question....

Hi- I am planning to move to Denver in April from Chicago. I have a couple of apartment finder companies telling me where I should live, but I would love to get some input from locals who don't have an agenda.

I am female, 28, work from home and travel often. I live in downtown Chicago (gold coast if you are familiar) and hate being in a high rise surrounded by cement....there isn't even running path with trees for miles...but I'll save that for another post. In short, I am moving to Denver to spend my free time mountain biking, skiing, basically any/all outdoors activities, but still want to be relatively close to the city to join business orgs and enjoy the nightlife. I am also single, so anywhere with a plethora of gentleman to court me would be nice...haha.

Rent prices aren't an issue. Cherry Creek is commonly recommended but I am afraid it will be the same trendy hustle and bustle of Chicago which I am trying to get away from. Sorry for the long post, but any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks for your help.
