Is your coffee GOOD?

We have the usual array of coffeeSHOPS around here serving swill (or something close to it), and then we have an array of "craft" coffee shops and roasteries serving light roast, fair trade beans, cared for and rotated (not stale) being careful prepared and maintained (even the drip.)

If you can make GREAT coffee in a food truck? Get yourself in those prime locations and GO FORTH. I've lamented a lack of food trucks and coffee at rail stations since I moved here. I'm on the west side town, so it wouldn't help me, but Mineral, Broadway, Auraria...all seem great possibilities to me.

Note: There are a few great roasters in town if you need tasty beans. Naturally, there's a price to pay, but man, what a difference!

Disclaimer: I am the worst kind of coffee snob. Apologies if I've offended those with less refined palettes ;-)

I consider it to be the best. We use Verve Coffee Roasters from Santa Cruz, Ca . There are many great roasters out there and everyone has their favorite, but I found Verve to be the most consistent across the board. You can purchase their coffee online, roasted fresh on ordering of-coarse.
Thanks to all for the advice and information- it is greatly appreciated!
