great place to call home until it is 5 degrees outside and covered in a foot of snow. Good luck keeping that thing warm.

Where is the actual house part? Just looks like some open containers?

52nd Ave is the boarder, at that spot, between Adams and Denver Counties, so I assume it is on the NE corner in Adams County. I am coming up with a street address of 2381 W. 52nd Ave. which according the Adams County assessor is zoned commercial. http://www.gis.co.adams.co.us/quicks...=0182516221008 So I would not assume that is a house.

I'm real curious to see what the finished product will be like.

Google street view from April of this year has a picture of that lot with the containers just sitting there: https://goo.gl/maps/c1REr

I'm fairly certain the address is 5200 Wyandot St which is residential: http://www.gis.co.adams.co.us/QuickS...=0182516222007

I would say longshoremen. Not too many of them in Denver I would imagine, but perhaps they're building that house to remind them of their glory days?

They insulate container structures.

I could see the insulation being enough for cargo, but is it insulated enough for human habitants during a harsh winter? btw, this is a serious question. I know nothing about container homes.
