Default Elbe County schools- parker area

I will be moving to the Denver area in a couple of months. I really like the Deer Creek Estates area in Parker located in Elbe County (very large lots) which I prefer over my second choice of Castle Rock. However, I hear that the Elbe county schools are not that great compared to the Douglas county schools. Any comments about the schools in the area I am looking?

The only properties I can find in our MLS in "Deer Creek Estates" are in Bailey (Park County) so I am not sure where these properties are.

Parker is in Douglas County, but it possible that Deer Creek Estates is in Elbert County and use a Parker city address.
