For the past two years, I have had daily post nasal drip, where I wake up snorting and hocking large amounts of phlegm, and this continues throughout the day. I have lived in the springs all my life, but just developed post nasal drip in the past 3 years, at the same time I was getting ready to quit smoking cigarettes, which I succeeded in quitting going on two years now. I also have large bags under my eyes all the time that makes me look tired, although I have been repeatedly told by allergist that they appear to be the result of allergies. I wonder whether moving to denver would change things for me, or if the common allergy inducing plants and wildlife are just as common in denver as they are in the springs. My alternative seems to be my getting allergy shots repeatedly every couple weeks for many years, which, due to cost and time, is something I want to avoid at all costs unless there really is no possible alternative. Any thoughts from you folks would be greatly appreciated. I'm taking eye drops and Nasal sprays daily to help, although they are of little comfort.

Allergies are very individual. You have to try living in Denver to know if that will alleviate your problem.
