Dunno if it is the best, but I personally love Park Burger: Great Food, Great Location | Park Burger | Denver CO

Old School Burgers used to be awesome. They have kind of gone down hill since closing the Parker location. To me it was the closest thing to In and Out here in Colorado. I gave Smash Burger a try and I wasn't impressed. Five Guys just doesn't do it for me. The best burger I have had recently was at the Clock Tower Grill next to the light rail in Lone Tree.

Sadly my favorite Burger joint closed all their locations here in the state. RIP Fudruckers.

It's probably been mentioned, but the Cherry Cricket in front of the Cherry Creek Mall makes a mean burger and IMO is the best in town!
