I will be moving to Denver/Boulder area this summer and want to know the best neighborhood to live in. I have no kids, 25 years old.
What are some prices for renting a one bedroom apt. in different areas? |

To see rental prices, look at craigslist. Last edited by Mike from back east; 01-28-2008 at 10:37 AM. |

it depends what you're into.
capitol hill is good for mid 20s and a lot of music. also, affordable (400-1000+). santa fe arts district is good for art scene. also, affordable. lodo is good for club scene (expensive 900+). wash(ington) park is expensive but has a great park scene. university is good for denver university scene. highlands (not ranch) is straight up awesome and conveniently located - in my opinion. your best bet is craigslist. |

It's all relative.
I like the City Park area, but rarely hear much about it here (I dont live in Denver so it may be a bad area). I also love the highlands area. |

Most any place in Boulder away from the undergrad complexes.
