I've read two different sources that say the pattern will change mid-March and send us back to the misery of winter

Then it is a great time to fertilize before we get a big heavy snow. My trees in the backyard need the moisture.

I fertilized last weekend, and have been hand-watering. It did rain at my office this morning for about 5 minutes

Mine too. Weird little storm that rolled through the Meridian area.

Here at work we had a bit of a rain/snow mix going but that seems to have stopped.

A couple of hours of rain and mixed rain/snow, enough to coat the grass white; now that the sun's out and the sky's blue, the grass has reappeared looking greener than this morning.

It rained for probably 3 hours at my house. The grass is loving it!

We received about 3-4" of snow here in Golden, but it's already melting.
