Today is the first day of Fall, and there was some snow on Pikes Peak this morning.

I'm thinking this is going to be a busy snow year as this spring and summer were a bit cool and fairly wet as it was in 2006 when we got some whopper storms in December that shut down Denver airport just before Christmas.

Next Saturday night. It's supposed to be cold and rainy... that's how the forecast always starts. Then each day, leading up to the "event", the forecast gets colder and colder.

This thread reminds me to get my house on the market and get the hell outta here ASAP! Gawd I hate cold and snow

Next Saturday? The 3rd?

There are 59 active properties in Stapleton today, 63 under contract and 30 have sold in the last 30 days.

Are you moving to AZ?

No lol! Why? You looking for a house? I love Denver, but hate cold and snow. Especially snow. But I'm stuck here for at least another 10 years until my kids graduate and hopefully want to go to college in California.

So I'll just ***** every time it snows
