I'm posting again because my other post was moved to another post/board. Not sure why. So they (CDOT) is going to physically prevent motorist for driving on the toll lane M-F? I don't understand how this is cost effective. Is the new lane really just the shoulder? Given the figures that have been thrown around I thought that an actual new toll lane was built.

Your other posting on this same topic was merged into another thread on this same topic as we don't want multiple threads out there on this same topic.

We want to keep info and discussion contained in threads that are dense with info rather than piece-mealed out across competing threads. Please use the one thread we will have for this topic, which you may find here.

The I-70: Mountain Express Lanes are not in Denver, they are a good 30 miles west of Denver, thus the topic is in the COLO forum, not the Denver forum.
