Question New Teachers looking to move to Denver

My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Denver but have never been to the area. We are both new teachers, looking for information on school growth, and expanding districts. We are also looking for a nice affordable apartment in the 600-750 range in a decent neighborhood. Also if anyone has some more information on public transportation, things to do, nightlife, etc. it would be greatly appreciated! If anyone has any suggestions on schools or neighborhoods that would be great! Thanks for your input!

Well, here's the answer everyone hates to hear: do a search! There is lots of information on all the questions you have, and our mod, Mike from Back East indexed the threads so you can find info easily. What you may have a hard time finding is an apt in your price range, especially if you want more than 1 BR/1 Bath, and especially at the lower end of your range.
