I'm trying to find a decent apartment for a good price close to the amenities that Denver has to offer. I stumbled across an apartment in Westminster that is located on Eliot Circle (in between Skyline Vista Park and Federal Blvd). The complex is called Westminster Park Plaza Homes if anyone lives there and could enlighten me on it.

Anyone have an idea on how safe the neighborhood is? The complex is fairly cheap ($460 a month) but has a 100% rating on apartmentratings.com out of 13 reviews. Only 1 or 2 reviews mentioned something about a questionable neighborhood but nothing that really makes me want to stray away

There is a reason they are so cheap. If you have kids I would say do not move there.

If you are a young single guy and do not care much about the neighborhood, and want to save money, then go for it. Just do not let anyone see you moving in your flat screen tv or computer.

I am not saying it is a horrible neighborhood, it is just not a good one. I would not buy a house there.

I believe you can google crime statitstics. I've never done it. I don't think that neighborhood is *that* bad.
