Interesting development project, master planned community out near the airport. Wasn't sure this project would move forward but it definitely is. It's supposed to be a true walk able community.

The rail lines being opened in Denver will remake the areas through which they pass. I saw this in DC over several decades as the DC metro system was built; it completely changed the face of the region.

This will be great! Hopefully this sparks more development and the Airport will start to feel less like it's in the middle of nowhere

For those DC area transplants that remember when Dulles was "out there" - DIA is closer. 27.4 miles to 27.3.
