Hello All,

I am moving from Indiana to Denver for my new job post graduation.I am from India and would preferably like to stay around Indian communities so that I can socialize at times. As of now I have information that Highlands Ranch and parker are the top areas. Can the folks help me to identify that and also let me know few apartments where Indians generally prefer to stay.

Thanks for the help

I know/understand what the OP is asking, but, like another Thread, what would happen if someone would ask the same questions about "Whites" in Denver metro?

They would be told that Highlands Ranch and Parker are the top areas.

If you move to Mumbai it is perfectly acceptable to ask which areas of town/apartment buildings most Americans live in.

This question gets asked from time to time on this board and unfortunately, there usually aren't many useful responses. Have you checked the desishades site? Or do a search for other Indian community web sites in Denver. If your job is near the DTC or on the south side, these are good locations.

I've heard that there are several Indian families at Windsor at Meridian, an apartment complex on Lincoln between Parker and Lone Tree, but I would think that any of the complexes from west Parker to Lone Tree, Park Meadows, eastern Highlands Ranch, or near the DTC would have other Indian families.

And do a search on this board for Indians and apartments. You might find something useful. Good luck!

Actually, I doubt it. Some would avoid the question, while others would say it was a "racist" or "discrimination" type question. I've seen it happen before on this website.

No, that is NOT the answer and it wasn't the answer in the other Thread.
Somebody made an excellent reply to a similar question in the Denver forum. I remember giving the person a "Rep Point" for their reply.
