Hello,
Thanks for the info- I was looking at condos, TH's or even apartments to own. I just don't want to rent. I don't care if its not big.

Check out the area around Rose hospital 9th and Colorado. There are a lot of condos and townhomes that are still very affordable. I think it is in the Mayfair neigborhood. We'll be selling our small townhome in Hilltop neighborhood soon (April or May). That's also a nice neighborhood near Lowry and Cherry Creek and pretty conveinent to the airport.

This is in the area I'm talking about, near the hospitals and walking distance to some restaurants and things. It's a walkable, affordable neighborhood on the east side of Denver.
