Neither Montview nor Fletcher have Colfax Ave as part of their enrollment boundaries.

I don't know the specifics of the schools down in Aurora. Only that I have first-hand knowledge of a grade school that takes students from all the crack motels on Colfax.

Oh, and that whole area in Aurora south of Stapleton is lit up with sex offenders, if you look at the map. To "up and come", this area needs a lot of tearing down and clearing out.
