Westminster to I-25/E470 area (Denver, Sheridan: move, commuting, best)

I'm looking for input from someone with experience on the commute from Westminster (I-36/Sheridan area) to the I-25/E470 area. I currently make downtown Denver in about 20min from I-36/Sheridan, but I understand the traffic during rush hour on southern I-25 is ugly. My company is considering a move from downtown Denver to this area and I'm trying to understand what this will mean to my commute. Many thanks for your opinions. Multiple opinions are welcome!

As always, it really depends on volume and weather. I would consider adding, at the VERY minimum, 30 minutes to your commute. You might get there quicker on some days, but it will certainly take longer on others.

I congratulate you if you are really able to get from 36/Sheridan to downtown in only 20 minute in rush hour. From 36/104th to downtown the best I've seen is about 40-45 minutes. Commuting from 36/Sheridan to 25/470 would be going against traffic, so it should be about the same amount of time. Maybe 30 minutes. Are you aware that 36 is not an interstate highway?

thanks - ok on 36, I typed this incorrectly. thanks for your feedback. I leave 36/Sheridan between 6:20-6:30 so the traffic is fairly light at that time . . .
