Default Job Relocation -Need housing, Have housing

As the housing market is slow all over and I'm being relocated for a job I find myself in a delima.

I need to get rid of a beautiful home in Parker just south of Denver, basically to pay off my bank. I'm loosing all of my equity in it but I don't have time to wait for a sale and I need to move. I also need to find a rental or lease purchase in the Knoxville area where I can purchase as soon as I sell my home in Parker. I don't know anyone in the Knoxville area so I need recommendations for good brokers who might be able to help me with housing, I'm good with fixer work if the value is right.

If anyone moving to Denver needs a great home I'd love to offer mine. (6,400 sq ft, theater rm, golf community, etc. pay off my bank note or assume it and I'd be happy).
