Silly question I guess...whenever I'm taking the light rail I use the google maps app to figure out what time I need to head over to the train. I was planning a trip for tomorrow and the R line came up on the app as an option. I double checked on the rtd trip planner and it also suggested I use the R line tomorrow. When I googled it I can't find a single thing about this line already being opened; I only see articles from earlier this winter saying construction was delayed and it would open "in 2017." I remember there being a lot of fanfare when the A line opened. Did it really open with no announcement or is this just a mistake on the website's part?

No it's not I see Test Train on the overhead sign. Not sure when it's going to open.

It's a damn shame because the R Line would make my life a lot easier but I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise considering how they rushed the last line and it was an unmitigated cluster when it opened.

Ok, thanks! They should definitely take that off their trip planner, then!

Looks like they put it on as RTD just announced an opening date of February 24th for the R Line.

Glad to hear 'The R' opening soon. I would love to see a derivative of the H line that goes directly to Union Station.

You mean taking the R north and transferring to the A Line?

Or the H line to the E, F, or C lines technically. But I'd prefer a no-transfer needed commute. Pretty please!
