Thank you for coming back and posting a reply. It isn't a bad location but crime does exist there, petty is the main type. I workout at the Bally's in the Galleria there and cars are broken into all the time. However, there is a ton of strip mall shops available and walkable and you are close to a major highway. Sorry about the stolen car, never fun, but hope you get it back and in the same condition.
