wow steve you really bought when the going was good. I like the area you are talking about. It's extremely safe and clean, one of the better parts of Denver if you ask me.

There are deals to be had in and around Denver. Besides the internet, you need a good buyer's agent (written contract), decent credit and patience.

WTME-I've always had a certain passion for this area. When I stay overnight I always stay around Leetsdale Rd. and it is perfectly safe. I take the 83L and am downtown quickly. This Friday I'm walking over to the Greek Orthodox Church for their Greek Fest. I heard there was also a Russian fest coming soon, and they even have a rugby stadium and a rugby team. The area seems to be influenced by ethnic settlers, which I do like, it leads to a nice diverse city. I'm gonna take a walkabout and post some pics from this little gem!!
