If I like Denver when I visit I'm going to move there, but my plan is to rent first in order to ensure I want to be there long term before I look to buy a house.
In NYC the shortest lease on an apartment is one year. Now let’s say I rent in an area of Denver I’m very unhappy with and want to move to a different section of the city, can I find three month and six month leases? If so are they common or uncommon? |

you can probably secure that type of lease anywhere as long as you're willing to pay a bit of a premium

We found three month to month rentals just this weekend on craigslist. What a great resource! We sold our car on it for thousands more than what the dealer was willing to give us. We bought a new Subaru using it and my wife even found her job on it! Give it a try.........
