Default Does Castle Pines Village have a lot of young families?

Just wondering if CPV has a lot of young families with kids or if it is mainly an older community? We have kids ages 11 and 12 and I want to make sure that if we did move there, there would be plenty of other kids in the neighborhood and other parents our age (we are late 30s and early 40s). Sounds like there are some great things, from the looks of the website, out there such as things I am currently involved in here in my current community (walking group, book club, ladies night out) and it did mention a swim team for kids, but was wondering if anyone knows families that live out there.

Thanks

I also need to clarify why I am asking this question, I guess. From some of the pics on the website, it appeared that there were a lot of older people on there and I was wondering if, being a country club community and all, if it is a)baby boomers whose kids are grown, b)retired couples c) young families, d) a really inclusive mix of all of the above e)a mix but with a strong component of either a or b.

Just wanting to make sure there will be other young famlies with kids who are active, have kids in the schools, etc

I used to exterminate there and from what I seen it was mostly older people, the young cant afford to live there lol. Areas you might want to try are Littleton, Centenial, Westminister, and Castle Rock...Some of the subdivisions there have really young families. Kids everywhere. Hope this helps.

Cool YES!!! CP Village has young residents

YES...we have tons of young residents here in CPV. We also have a great swimteam , 2 pools (a third to come), tennis courts, walking trails etc and all the clubs you mentioned. Please come on down and check it out. It a safe, fun, friendly place to live and raise children...

ps-there are also quite a bit of older residents and they seem to love it here too.
