A friend just got a job in Denver - right downtown zip is 80202. What are some good areas to look for a house share for young professionals? Someplace with an easy commute, great area to run in and maybe some nice bars. Can drive, run, bike or bus to work just don't want to spend lots of time doing it. Thanks.

Vibrant, walkable, close to downtown.
