Anything else will probably be more than $700.
Have you been happy with Wayfair?

Costco had some smaller things but not usually out this time of year. Seems to me, their furniture is mostly out during one time of year - I just can't remember when it is . Not the holidays though. Could be afterwards.

Another place to look is HomeGoods...I know they have furniture but it's pretty hit or miss. I was at Pier1 recently and they had a reasonably priced sofa with a chaise at one end. It was not huge - I always notice since my space is also limited. It came in a couple different styles and had a choice of fabrics. My main issue was the cushions were not detached - which is a pet peeve of mine.

I'm pretty sure my mother recently ordered a sofa from Wayfair - I think she's been pleased.

I used Wayfair for the first time earlier this year. I have been more than happy with the quality of the furniture I got.

i would hold off till i found something i consider a good value (cost vs quality).

maybe off topic some but:
might consider reupholster for a grand old sofa with stylish lines and a strong construction.

I would not hesitate buying the upper end designer furniture labels on craigslist used. I personally like the older restoration hardware furniture. their new offerings look kinda Ivanka Trump.
