My wife, young child and I will be moving to the Northwest Denver Metro area in a couple of months. We are looking at renting for the first year or so that we are in the area. We are really looking at living in the Broomfield/Superior/West Minster areas. We have attempted to do alot of research on good apartment communities in the area. We are wondering if anyone on here is able to make any suggestions for us. The apartments that we have been looking at the most are:

1: The Maruis at Town Centre in Broomfield

2. The Horizons at Rock Creek in Superior

3. Village at Legacy Ridge in Westminster

4. AMLI at Westcliff in Westminster

Does anyone have any information on any of these apartment communities or any other's in the area that would be a good choice? We are looking for a 3 bedroom with Washer and Dryer included, an apartment that is located in a nice area with good schools. We are willing to pay up to $1600 or $1700 a month.

Thanks for the help

I just moved from Phx to denver a couple months ago and we were put up in Marquis @Towne Center in Broomfield through corprate housing. We had a 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage, 2 1/2 baths. It was just me and my husband. The place was very nice and close to just about every convienence. Walking distance to King Soopers (grocery) restaurants, 24 hr fitness, Kohls, Safeway. Broomfield isn't really our cup of tea, so we moved to DT Denver for more of a urban feel, but for a small family I would recommend that complex. However, we were through corprate housing, so we didn't deal directly with Marquis, so I can't say how the mgmt is, but the place and complex are nice and if you're only staying for a year or so, I would do it. Only downfall, the garbage disposals, I know that sounds wierd, but seriously when you would turn it on all the cabinets would rattle and our cats would bolt out of the room. That's just the way they are, we asked... It's strange, but that was the only bad thing. Plus ours had full size washer and dryer too. I think they all come with W/D. Any other questions, you can email me direct.
