Hi friends,

I have booked a trip out to Littleton the first week in April. I will be looking at apartments, condos, and townhouses while I am there. I am doing my own research but I was wanted to see if anybody had any places they loved, hated etc. I will be looking for a one bedroom. I can do around $1400 a month, would like it to be less though.

Also, what is the weather like in the beginning of April? I have a feeling that it may be similar to NY, where it could be 70 and sunny or 20 and snowy.

Thank you all for your help!

I can only comment on a few complexes in far west Littleton - technically unincorporated Jefferson county, but with Littleton addresses. The first complex I have lived in for 2.5 years. You can get in one of the 729 sq ft units for $1250 or so....as long as it's not on the first floor. Those have attached garages and are are more expensive for that reason. The second complex is still being finished out, but was built by the same company as the one I live in. So, the plus with that would be the first one in the unit.

And yes, the weather can be either 70 and sunny or blizzard conditions. March and April are typically the two most snowy months of the year.

We lived here nearly two years The Pines at Marston Lake Pines at Marston- Littleton CO Apartments You'll Love To Call Home!

It's in Littleton, but Denver county.

We always joke that we wish they were condos, because we would've bought one. Full disclosure, we lived on the third floor.

Thank you! I will add those to my list.
I am also looking for outside the area as well. Doesn’t necessarily have to be in Littleton.

We were in these townhouse rentals for a year before we bought a house. Technically SW Denver, but it's 8-10 minutes from downtown Littleton. Price was around $1400/month for a 2br 1.5 bath. Living space was around 1050 sq feet but you also had a 500ft unfinished basement too, plus a covered parking spot.

I believe The Fairways at Raccoon Creek off of Bowles and Pierce are in your budget, seems like a decent complex. Good location.
