Yeah, I know, I was just trying to say that we weren't one of the ones who came in after 10:00 and got tacked on to the end of the line. Just had lousy luck with our random numbers.

I pulled 29,124, which wasn't good enough. All the people I know trying to get tickets were shut out also. I think I'll just fly out to Chicago, where you can still get tickets to the show this weekend.

Most of my friends were "in line" after me, I pulled 52,000+. What galls me is they are on stubhub and other resale sites for $1000+.

I'm also thinking about Chicago. I had two tickets in my cart, but with the ticketmaster fees ($25 per ticket), I didn't purchase them yet.

Some people were surprised when they paid a lot of money to see River Dance only to find out Michael Flatley was not part of the touring version.

Hopefully people who want to see Hamilton realize that the original cast will not be any part of it.

After reading all the accounts online of how hard a time everyone had getting tickets, I can’t believe I got so lucky. Should’ve bought a lottery ticket too.

Just like for Book of Mormon, we waited until it had lost its luster and bought them then (and even then it was sort of difficult). We may see it in a few years. I'm not going to try to compete with hundreds of bots and ticket brokers who are scooping them up.
