wintar is on a distinguished road
I have 12 acres I am about to sell. It's off 285 going West, 5mins form C470, easy access, mountainy, house site looks out over all Denver area. Had it for about 20yrs....no idea what it's worth. Don't really want to go through a real estate agent......had a bad experience last time with another piece of property!! Anyone tell me an average amount I could be asking for??
