I'm moving to Denver Colorado in May and I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me where I might be able to go to find some land? 1-5 acres, I have been to billyland.com and they have some good offers. But I'm looking for just an acre or two, any help is appreciated.

caution
make sure you can get permits for both well and septic on this 1-5 acre property.
the location of your well and or septic will depend on adjacent properties.

I think this post is an ad for your website, but in case it’s not......

In the city of Denver or in surrounding areas? If surrounding, how far? What is your budget?

Well I will be attending Denver university and if it's not too far, the surrounding area. As far as price, it would have to be financed, I transferred my CNA to Colorado, so I make, ok money

Do you want just land? 1 acre in the city of Denver is very rare and very expensive. Here’s a house on a 1+ acre lot near DU: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...19692905_zpid/

Cheapest I could find in the metro area is a 1 acre lot (unbuilt) for $230K in Aurora. Commute during rush hour to DU could be an hour.

OP, I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you looking for vacant land with the thought that you'd build on it? Or are you looking for a house on 1-5 acres of land? How far away can you be from DU? And, most importantly, what is your budget?

https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...ex=CO612671108 This one is $400,000

https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...ex=CO612605192 This is $1.2M
