Great pics!

The scary part about that amusement park is the large wood roller coaster has malfunctioned several times and people have really gotten injured when it got stuck on the track. Even worse is onetime the cars even flew off of the track They need to get some corporate sponsor to help them keep that place up.

Got to see the rest of the pics (part 2 and 3). They are great! (It helped since Weather was much better). From which high-rise did you take the photos of the Downtown that has the US Bank building and the 16th Street Clock Tower?

Hi that is the view from the 27th floor bar at the Hyatt Regency Colorado Convention Center. The entire bar has that view. It's very nice. Just go up and get a soda. The food sucks. I didn't like it. I went for that view.

I completly agree, it is a historic landmark, and should be kept in the best condition like all other historic landmarks

Daniel, these photos are fantastic! I see you have a few of Cherry Creek.. I love that bike bath. Used to spend every summer afternoon blading from Confluence Park (at I-25/Speer area) to Cherry Creek Reservoir and back (took about 4 hours). LOVED having downtown views most of the way! I miss those days!
Your photos of downtown are wonderful - you've captured virtually every angle of the downtown area (including the "cash register building" - I happen to work there) and I think they're beautiful whether the buildings have a mountain backdrop or not! You need to visit during the summer - it's spectacular to see snow-capped mountains framed by the greenery of tree-lined streets.
Also, if you allow yourself time, definitely explore the areas east of Denver - there are many hidden gems to be found!
Thanks for sharing! I look forward to hearing more about your travels to Denver!
