Default Looking into owning a rental prop. north of Buckley
The area is north of Colfax near the Aurora Sports Park. It is the far north east area of Aurora. I know Aurora is "BAD", but the price and location are prime for rentals. Does anyone live near this area? How rough is it? I am moving for MI and still looking for good investments in the area.

Saying Aurora is "(all) Bad" is like saying the skies are " (all) gray" and simply not true.
