Default Looking for Small Vow Renewal/Ceremony Spot

I am trying to plan a 30th Wedding Anniversary/Vow Renewal Ceremony for my parents. They live in Castle Rock, but we could travel to Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, etc.

I'm looking for a really nice place to have a ceremony and hopefully have dinner close by.

Since I'm not from this area, I'm feeling a little lost trying to accomplish this.

We're looking for:
Event location
Someone to do the cake
Dinner near by
Flowers

We don't have a huge budget for this and there will be about 8 people total.

Any ideas? I would love a beautiful park with great scenery that we could use as a backdrop.

Thanks in advance for the help!

We are really flexible, just looking for something really beautiful. I found a state park near Castle Rock that might be nice. I just have no idea what it looks like around there.
