I've been in Cap. Hill for 4 years. I'm just tired of the tight parking and condensed living. Please give me ideas where to relocate. Prefer somewhere west or north of Denver but am open to other ideas.
35 single male.

1. Want to be around people in their late 20s & 30s
2. Want to be near restaurants, shopping and some nightlife (doesn't have to be a lot) but don't want to be around a bunch of families/suburbia (since I'm still single.)
3. Budget ~1800, would prefer newer apartments.
4. Work from home so commute is non issue.

I have searched the forums a lot but having a tough time. All replies are much appreciated. Thank you.

This fits your 4 criteria, though not sure how you define condensed living (there's resident parking in this building:

You'd better off just moving 1-2 neighborhoods to the east (congress park, wash park), still close to everything and more space.
