the old gaybro is cap hill. not a bad life for those queens owning their own mid rise condo. out side of that situation better diggs elsewhere. Locate next to a lite rail station if you arnt living with your parents here.

Last few years winter here has been warm dry. benefits of global warming?


lots of the gay bars have closed and the Denver Q population has been assimilated. You know... find one yellow diamond and it comes alive. The denver population is accepting, outside denver county it could be just average.

Capitol Hill. You should also check out the Sloan Lake neighborhood. My partner and I recently bought a townhouse there and are loving it. It’s a pretty diverse and friendly neighborhood, also close to other cool neighborhoods. Plus you have the beautiful lake right there with biking and walking trails. That was the major draw for us. Good luck! PS: I was born and raised in CT myself.
