Would anyone be willing to share their thoughts regarding the Reunion subdivision out by Commerce City? We were looking for homes in and around Denver, and were taken by the location, mountain views and proximity to DIA.
The Shea built homes appeared solid, and we liked the floor plans. Also, does anyone have any idea when or if the Light Rail will be built out there? Thanks in advance- the information provided in this forum has been very valuable to us. |

There are no plans to build rail transit out there, however there is a plan to preserve right of way to allow building out there eventually.

Shea build nice communities. You can't beat the proximity to DIA.
High property taxes is relative. |
