Kendrick was a true hero - very few people much less teenagers would have had the balls to rush an armed nutball intent on mass murder.

It was awful. I even logged onto radioreference & was flipping between Douglas County & the Colorado State Patrol trying to find something ... anything out but they were in chaos; one LE authority stated: "I just have no more people left to send". Imagine being a parent.

His actions gave the other kids in the area time to take cover. He saved their lives. No wonder the Marine's wanted him. I wonder about being buried with an honorary rank.

One of my twins will be going with an adult mentor & a few other members of Team 2996 (First Robotics) to meet with his teammates from Team 4418 today after school. They plan on staying for a few days to help with whatever needs to be done to support the school & his family.

There's plenty of twisted plans written up that were, fortunately, well beyond the pay grade of their childish authors.

Mocking shooters isn't going to make someone want to be a shooter. If people mocked them instead of reading their manifestos like they're the next Nietzsche and pitying them like a misguided antihero trying to right wrongs; saw them for what they are--a collection of creepy losers and dangerous psychopaths who belong in a mental hospital; cheered the heroes and mocked the zeroes who kill innocent people; we might have fewer people who dream of shooting up a school.
