Question Westminster
Advantages / Disadvantages to living in Westminster, specifically north area near Westminster Promenade (104th & 36th)

Positives / Negatives also work ...

Advantages:

--That part of Westminster is a very nice area with lots of shopping/entertainment/good public services/good schools/low crime.

--Easy commute distance to downtown Denver and Boulder

--You get more house for your money than in cities closer to Boulder

--Fabulous views of the Front Range from that part of Westminster

Disadvantages:

--Westminster is far from the Denver Tech Center, so jobs there aren't really practical

--Not a lot of independent restaurants, most choices are chains.
