Hi, moving from NYC to Denver in a few weeks. Looking for an affordable hotel/motel either in Downtown or along the RTD light rail. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I moved here and stayed in the Melbourne Hostel. I would reccommend it, if finances are an issue for you. They have shared rooms and also single rooms. Each room comes with a small mini fridge, and is cleaned daily. Location is right in downtown. I enjoyed my stay because it allows you the oppritunity to people you wouldnt meet if you were in a hotel. If you read some reviews, they mite make talk about the management there. I didnt have any problem with him, he is just an older guy with a robotic voice that doesnt really seem like he has any personality. Here is the website - The Melbourne Hotel and Hostel
