Red face What neighborhood?

I am a single white female with a pet. I plan on moving to the Denver area in the next year or two and am trying to decide on what Neighborhood but since I am not a local I don't know what areas are bad and which are much to expensive. I am a renter but plan on getting a condo or something under a quarter mill. please.

I'm going to spare you some frustration. Look this information up in the sticky thread at the top of the previous page. I would further recommend a visit to the area before even thinking about a specific area. With your price range you will have a good selection.

250k for a condo is pretty high, so you could probably live wherever you want to. I'd recommend researching some of the Denver neighborhoods on city-data as well as some suburban communities and seeing what strikes your interest.

I wil third the suggestion about using the research tools available on this forum. The previous mod did this index of threads, and the current mod is keeping it up. It's not like on some other cities forums where you have to perform a manual search.
