Default Roxborough

In our search for the perfect place to live in Colorado, we have checked out Roxborough. I was wondering if anyone knows what the typical water bill is for residents. I remember seeing on the news that they were having meetings over huge bills. I can't remember how much they said the bills were though. Thanks!

Is that Roxborough Park or Roxborough Village? I'm not sure that it matters in terms of water bills. The HOA in Roxborough Park leaves a lot to be desired. My inlaws lived there for many years and had no end of complaints about the HOA there.

I don't have exact numbers for Roxborough, but from what I have heard they are quite high. A couple of my clients have moved from Roxborough to Perry Park and they were amazed at how much cheaper the $150/quarter water & Sewer bill is in Perry Park.
